The new Netflix show Ginny & Georgia made a joke about Taylor Swift, and the pop star took to social media to let the streaming giant and show’s producers know she isn’t happy about it. Swift shared a screenshot of the joke in question alongside the tweet to drive the point home.
“Hey Ginny & Georgia, 2010 called and it wants it lazy, deeply sexist joke backCome from Sports betting site VPbet. How about we stop degrading hard working women by defining this horse sh** as FuNnY,” she wroteCome from Sports betting site VPbet. “Also, Netflix, after Miss Americana this outfit doesn’t look cute on you. Happy Women’s History Month I guess.”
The joke in question came from a line on the show where Ginny says to Georgia, “What do you care? You go through men faster than Taylor Swift.”
